Gothifize The Goths!

Mortimer & Bella finally decided to redecorate their old house... to be much Goth!
Bella wants a new kitchen, Cassandra is asking for a new bedroom, and Mortimer needs a (magic) laboratory for his experiments..

Your mission:
Redecorate their home in more gothic/halloween/spooky/victorian style.
remember they are just a weird contemporary family, so you may add any electronics you please

- you can't move/delete exterior walls, but you may reorganize interior rooms.
- you can move/change doors & windows to fit your needs.
- you may add up to 2 additional rooms (i.e. a dining, bathroom, bedroom, etc).
- you must build an experiment laboratory for Mortimer & the family.
it can be part of the house (but in this case it will count as one of the two additionsl rooms) or it can be an exterior building somewhere in the garden (in this case it will be an allowed third additional room )
- remember to redecorate a bit also the cemetery and give the house a touch of themed landscaping.

Gotifizza i Goth!

Mortimer e Bella (Maurizio e Daniela Alberghini nella versione italiana) hanno finalmente deciso di rinnovare un pò la loro vecchia casa... per essere più Goth!!
Bella vorrebbe una cucina nuova, Cassandra (Martina) chiede una cameretta nuova, e Mortimer ha bisogno di un laboratorio (magico) dove fare i suoi esperimenti..

La tua missione è:
ridecorare la loro casa in stile gotico/vittoriano/halloween
ricorda che sono una famiglia stramba dei giorni nostri, quindi puoi inserire oggetti elettronici se vuoi!

- Non puoi cambiare/cancellare i muri esterni, ma puoi riorganizzare le stanze all'interno se vuoi.
- Puoi cambiare/spostare porte e finestre a seconda delle tue necessità.
- Puoi aggiungere fino a un massimo di due stanze in più (sala da pranzo, bagno, camera, etc)
- Devi costruire un laboratorio per Mortimer e la famiglia.
può essere parte della casa (ma in tal caso conterebbe come una delle due stanze aggiuntive), oppure può essere una costruzione esterna da qualche parte nel giardino (in questo caso sarebbe una terza stanza aggiuntiva, permessa )
- ricorda di ridecorare un pò anche il cimitero e di dare un tocco di paesaggio a tema.

"GOTHIFIEZ" la Famille GOTHIK (installée sur le lot # 5)

Vladimir et Sonia se sont enfin décidés à redécorer leur maison … pour se sentir plus gothiques !

Sonia veut une nouvelle cuisine, Sandra réclame une nouvelle chambre et Vladimir a besoin d’un laboratoire (magique) pour y faire ses expériences.

Votre mission :
Redécorer leur maison en style gothique/halloween/spooky/victorien.
Souvenez-vous qu’il s’agit d’une famille un peu bizarre mais tout à fait contemporaine : donc vous pouvez ajouter autant d'appareillage électronique que vous le souhaitez !


- Vous ne pouvez pas déplacer ou détruire les murs extérieurs, mais vous pouvez réorganiser l’aménagement intérieur.
- Vous pouvez déplacer et/ou changer les portes et fenêtres, selon vos besoins.
- Vous pouvez ajouter deux pièces supplémentaires (par exemple une salle à manger, une salle de bains, une chambre, etc …).
- Vous devez construire un laboratoire pour Vladimir et sa famille. Il peut être à l’intérieur même de la maison (il comptera alors comme l’une des deux pièces supplémentaires autorisées) ou bien il peut être imaginé comme une construction totalement indépendante, quelque part dans le jardin (dans ce cas, il sera accepté comme une troisième pièce supplémentaire ).

Pensez à redécorer aussi un peu le cimetière et tout autour de la maison, en conservant le thème du challenge.

Gotifica a los Lapida

Mortimer y Bella (Homero y Elvira Lapida en la version española) han decidido redecorar su vieja casa haciendola mas...gotica!
Elvira quiere una cocina nueva,Cassandra quiere un dormitorio nuevo y Homero necesita un nuevo laboratorio (magico) para sus experimentos....

Tu mision:
Redecorar su casa en estilo gotico/halloween/hechizado/victoriano
Recuerda que son una extraña familia moderna,.asi que pon electrodomesticos,por favor

- NO PUEDES borrar o mover las paredes exteriores,pero debes re-estructurar el interior
- Puedes mover puertas y ventanas
- Puedes añadir 2 habitaciones extra (dormitorio,comedor...)
- DEBES construir un laboratorio para Homero y su familia..puuedes construirlo en la casa (contara como una de las habitaciones extra) o bien como un edificio aparte en el jardin (en ese caso,contara como una tercera habitacion )
- Recuerda decorar el cementerio y el exterior

I have a question: If I add my two rooms to my house, certain exteriour walls become interiour walls. Can I then delete those new interiour walls and rearrange it?

mmmm I have to answer no, as those original exterior walls could not be moved - for the challenge intention or I'd answer yes
you may add rooms on second floor for example, or make a dining room in that silly patio but you don't have to touch the original exterior walls if your choice is to have new rooms, they have to look as they are add-ons to the original old house

btw, if for example you make an add-on dining room attached to the kitchen, you can put large doors between the rooms, or cut outs - to have an open space feeling still following the rules


you may build the magic laboratory anywhere you like in the garden though, and it can be as big as you please - even two floors if one is not enough but it has to be out house or it will count as one of the two add-on room

I have a question, too. How long is this going? Because It looks like I am goint to get the weekend some time finaly (first real simming time this month). And I would love to try it.

it's a challenge, so.. it's on-going no deadline!
I will take it down when there won't be more interest about, but at least all november and until december it will stay up!!
